Discord bot
The Kronwerke bot verifies members, manages whitelist slots and takes streamer applications. This is what it may do and what it stores.
The bot "Kronwerke" runs only on the Kronwerke Discord. It checks new members with a captcha, takes applications from streamers, manages the places on the Minecraft server's whitelist and shows whether the server is up. It is built and run by Elchi Studios, see the imprint.
This is a translation. If it differs from the German version, the German version applies.

Terms of service
Scope
By using the bot, that is solving the captcha, applying with /apply or using /link and /whitelist, you agree to these terms. Discord's terms and the rules of the Kronwerke Discord apply as well.
No entitlement
Kronwerke is a free community project. There is no entitlement to the bot or the Minecraft server being available, to an application being accepted or to a place on the whitelist. Features can change or go away at any time.
Whitelist places
A place is valid only while you are on the Kronwerke Discord. Leaving the Discord ends your place, and the places you gave to others become free. Places may not be sold or passed on for money or anything else in return.
Not allowed
Solving or bypassing the captcha automatically, flooding the bot with requests, giving false information in an application, or entering Minecraft names that are not yours. The team can then take places and roles away and remove you from the Discord.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Changes
Changes appear on this page with a new date. Using the bot afterwards means you accept them.

What Discord sends the bot
For every member of the Kronwerke Discord, Discord sends the bot the user ID, the username, the display name and the roles, and the messages in the channels the bot can see. The bot reads messages as commands only in the team's channel, and deletes messages in the "trash" channel after a minute. It does not store message content.
What the bot stores
Verification: the code of your captcha for at most ten minutes, wrong attempts and a ten minute lock after three of them, and when you were verified.
Applications: the bot posts your answers in the form (your channel, viewer count, how often you stream, your experience, why Kronwerke) into a private channel on the Kronwerke Discord that only you and the team can see. The channel is deleted 48 hours after the decision. After that only the decision, who made it and when remain, as a line in the team's log channel.
Whitelist: your Minecraft name, who gave you the place and when, and for a place of your own whether you are a streamer or a Season 1 player. The name goes to our Minecraft server, which puts it on the whitelist.
Logs: what the bot does, such as "is verified" or "is on the whitelist", appears with your username in the team's log and whitelist channels and in the system log of the server the bot runs on.
Purpose and legal basis
To protect the Discord from spam accounts, to handle applications and to keep the whitelist, and for nothing else. Under the GDPR the basis is Art. 6(1)(b) (taking part in Kronwerke, which you ask for) and Art. 6(1)(f) (protection from abuse). Under the Swiss FADP the data is processed only for these purposes.
Where the data is
The bot runs on a server of 24fire GmbH in Germany, the Minecraft server at a game server host. Both process the data only on our behalf. Discord Inc. in the USA processes your data under its own privacy policy, which we have no influence on.
How long
When you leave the Kronwerke Discord, the bot takes back your whitelist place and deletes your Minecraft name, your verification and the captcha. Application channels are deleted 48 hours after the decision. Everything else is kept until the end of the season or until you ask for deletion. The server's system log overwrites older entries over time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, and have data corrected, deleted or restricted. You can object and get your data in a common format. Write to legal@elchi.dev. You can complain to the FDPIC in Switzerland or to the data protection authority of your country in the EU.
