Privacy
This notice covers the Kronwerke website, the Minecraft server and the Discord bot. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR. The site uses no cookies, no tracking and embeds nothing from other providers.

2. Website
With every request a browser sends its IP address, the time, the address requested, the browser and the operating system. The server needs this to deliver the page and to protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It keeps no access log for this site; the data is only processed while the connection lasts.
Once a minute the page asks our server whether the Minecraft server is running and how far the current community goal is. The same applies, nothing is stored.
One thing your browser keeps by itself, without cookies and without us seeing it: which steps of the install guide you have ticked. Clearing the site data of your browser removes it.
The start page also asks Discord once how many people are online on our Discord (the widget API of Discord Inc.). Discord sees your IP address for that, as with any visit to Discord itself; Discord's privacy policy applies.
3. Minecraft server
When you play, the server processes your Minecraft name, your account ID, your IP address and what you do in the game: chat, world data, progress, contributions to the community goals and how long you play. This is needed so you can play (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Name and IP address are in the server logs, which are deleted after 30 days. World data is kept for the season. Voice chat runs through the server and is not recorded.
4. Discord and the bot
On the Kronwerke Discord, the privacy policy of Discord Inc. applies. What our bot processes there is described in detail on the Discord bot page.
5. Hosting and sharing
The website and the bot run on a server of 24fire GmbH in Germany, the Minecraft server at Tavuru (tavuru.com). Both process the data only on our behalf. Beyond that we share no data, sell none and use none for advertising.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can object to the processing and get your data in a common format. Write to legal@elchi.dev; we answer within 30 days.
7. Security
Connections to the website and the bot are encrypted (TLS). Only the Kronwerke team has access to the servers and the data.
8. Changes
If anything changes, it appears here with a new date.
9. Supervisory authorities
In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the data protection authority of your country.
